Effective for all journeys booked with Luxe Girls Travel Co.

Deposits & Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot on any Luxe Girls Travel Co journey. The deposit amount varies by trip and is clearly stated at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due by the payment deadline communicated at booking. Failure to make payments on time may result in forfeiture of your spot and all payments made to date.

Non-Refundable Policy

All payments made to Luxe Girls Travel Co — including deposits and installment payments — are non-refundable. This applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, including personal circumstances, illness, family emergencies, or change of plans. We strongly encourage all travelers to purchase travel insurance that covers trip cancellation and interruption at the time of booking.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is not included in the cost of any journey and is strongly recommended for every traveler. We encourage you to purchase a policy that covers trip cancellation, interruption, medical care, and emergency evacuation appropriate to your destination. Luxe Girls Travel Co is not responsible for costs incurred due to illness, injury, travel delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Trip Transfers

If you are unable to attend your booked journey, we will do our best to transfer your balance toward a future Luxe Girls Travel Co experience, subject to availability and any vendor-imposed deadlines. Transfers are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis. No cash refunds will be issued in lieu of a transfer.

What's Included & What's Not

Each journey page clearly outlines what is and is not included in your trip investment. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the following are not included in any Luxe Girls Travel Co journey: international or domestic flights to and from the destination, travel insurance, passport and visa fees, personal spending money, gratuities, alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages, and any optional activities outside the planned itinerary.

Itinerary Changes

Luxe Girls Travel Co reserves the right to modify itineraries, accommodations, activities, and dates due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, vendor availability, safety concerns, or local conditions. We will communicate any significant changes as early as possible and will always work to preserve the spirit and quality of your experience.

Eligibility

All Luxe Girls Travel Co journeys are open to adult women 21 years of age or older unless otherwise stated. By booking a trip, you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements for your selected journey.

Traveler Conduct

All travelers are expected to treat fellow guests, hosts, local guides, and community members with respect. Luxe Girls Travel Co reserves the right to remove any traveler from a journey whose conduct endangers, seriously disrupts, or negatively impacts the group experience. No refund will be issued in the event of removal due to conduct.

Assumption of Risk

International travel carries inherent risk, including but not limited to weather events, illness, injury, local conditions, political circumstances, and travel delays. By booking a journey with Luxe Girls Travel Co, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume these risks. Luxe Girls Travel Co and its representatives are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or expense arising from participation in any journey.

Photography & Media

Luxe Girls Travel Co and its partners may photograph or film group moments during a journey for use in marketing, social media, and promotional materials. If you prefer not to be featured, please notify your host in writing prior to the start of your journey.

Agreement

By completing your booking and submitting payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
